Carly was born on the Channel Island of Jersey and lives on the west coast of Wales. She’s worked as a waitress, events organiser, bar maid, cleaner, admin assistant (where she crashed the entire office computer system), tenancy support worker and manager of a family centre. She has a BA, an MA and a PhD.
Carly is an editor and marketing officer with Parthian Books and is currently project-managing their Translations 11 series.
She also writes stories.
